I know that there are people with clinical depression but I think most people have that choice when they first feel sad, to encourage the sadness or to go do something positive and come out of the blue funk. In - present moment - out - wonderful moment' .... I practiced this during our Tai Chi class, when the teacher was giving breath prompts!
