Immersed,
In the joy of solitude
Stroke after stroke
Pulsations slow
Heart fixated
Mesmerized
In the moment
A merger occurs
As the stroking persists
Over and over
Stroke after stroke
Amalgamated with emotion
Spellbound with ecstasy
Consciousness eludes
Beyond time or light
Fused is the soul
With color
And canvas
