Today there are rain warnings, and potential flood hazards from the swelling rivers. Thankfully it won’t affect me, but it is causing treacherous roads. These are the days you really appreciate a nice warm roof over your head, and art supplies. I took Pam Aries challenge to do faces on a phone book. Not long ago I was so annoyed with all the accumulated phone books I must have recycled them. All I could find in the garage was a yellow pages. You can even see the fingers doing the walking at the bottom of the page. I also found a small local phone book, maybe I will try something with that too.
So here’s my first attempt, I’ll post a few more later today. I just took a digital picture and it’s still wet. I started to use the sparkling h2o’s but I really didn’t want to waste them on a phone book, so I switched to acrylics. Sparkling H2o’s didn’t do the phone book justice either…..
Here is a few minute movie from a Scott Stratton camp, called “The Myths Movie”. Very inspirational man….check it out! Most of the bloggers I connect with will enjoy it!

Thank you ladies you are so kind, I am insecure about doing art....it's not something I'm that familiar with, although I find it relaxing and soulful!
