Creative Sparks!

Click Picture to enlarge

This weekend sparked a creative spurt for Pepper. On the weekend along with the memory blanket she transformed this plain black American Apparel hoodie into a stylish fun fashion!

She used fabric paint, old and new, some she's had since childhood! I love the consistency she got with the pattern! I'm not sure if you can see the discreet red outline of a small heart, and a gold peace sign amongst the frenzied color! She tells me she’s seen similar art tops at an exorbitant cost in Vancouver. The ever frugal girl decided to try her hand at making her own! I'm so happy to see the old creative Pepper coming out to play!

It’s only a million degrees here today, well maybe not that hot, but it feels like it! The heat is expected to elevate all week long! Pepper works in air-conditioning so she needs a hoodie, I quickly snapped a couple of pictures before she scooted out the door!

Bryan is almost finished Jayna’s song. In the hoodie pictures is a preview to what the three of us have worked on in the last ten days, soon to be
posted!

Ohhh Congradulate her for me! Eight stores! WOW!
It's hot here too. Urrrgggg! I have to ask... WHEN is the weather going to change back to cool? When When When? Ok, I'm over it.... As long as I can drink my water, I'm good. :)
Anyhoo, great post!

I was going to say 'the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" but I really hate that expression! ( you know why). So instead I will say... Creativity runs through your bloodlines and maybe even your water supply! I see the peace symbol and heart. Adorable jacket and daughter!

Congrats to Pepper on the job (eight stores!!) and on the hoodie.

I hope it's not too hot. We've cooled down to the 90's!! That's pretty bad when the 90's are considered cooler!

Wow how clever again...and it's one of kind. I love that! I also love that she's enjoying all these creative endeavors. I think I missed something about her job though, I read and reread...maybe I missed it. But it sounds like she's doing very well!! Go Pepper!!

The wall color in the background, at least on my computer looks like the citrus kitchen I painted my kitchen... AND I am loving that plate on the wall behind her.

It's cooler here today but feels a bit muggy (unusual for here)
Sending you lots of love and loads of color,
Lisa
XOXO
