Dear Sherrie,
I have very good news tonight!
At 5:30 this afternoon I received a call from Sheila Hay, one of the directors of Arbor Hospice. Mother is being given a room as of tomorrow. She will be moved in on Friday! They are going to honor their promise. We are so very thankful.
Thank you for helping today. I strongly believe that our army of girlfriends had a very strong impact on this sudden change.
I will always be so appreciative of my dear blogging friends.
Thank you again
Hugs and Love. I will write more soon.

Please go to Cookies blog and read how you can help the lovely Elizabeth. It will take but a moment of your time but may make a huge difference to this wonderful and loving mother afflicted with Alzheimer's disease.
Please forward a letter in support of this woman via email to the info@arborhospice.org
Then tell as many people as you can so we can flood them will emails making them aware they can't abuse the elderly who are the foundation of the comforts we are privy to today!
Dear Arbor Hospice:
I am a friend of Elizabeth Childree and am very concerned about the current situation surrounding her living arrangements. Please honor the commitments that your RN Rebecca made to Logan Hopper and Donna "Cookie" Gotlib last Tuesday, July 8th and move Elizabeth to a room at Arbor Hospice before August 16, 2008.
I look forward to reading in Cookie's blog that Elizabeth is safe and sound in her room at Arbor Hospice.

My thoughts are with Cookie and all the patients who suffer from the mind stealing illness. Your blog, btw, is absolutely stunning and I was pleasantly gifted with the beauty upon clicking on it...YEAH for originality!
I sent my email and got one back today saying things were being taken care of. I'm glad verything worked out.

Cookie is in my thoughts and prayers.
Alzheimer's disease isn't something easy to go have. Hospice is a wonderful place. Hopefully they will help her. :)

Blessings upon you Sherrie,
what a cool thing to do! I love you for doing it!
Your heart knows no bounds....you exude the way all humans should be for one another - especially to and for those that cannot help themselves. I marvel at your loving spirit! What good news for Elizabeth.
