Too Tired
Too tired for housework
Too tired for my blog
Too tired to crochet
It's a downtrodden fog
Sleep has absconded
Turned day into night
My eye is a twitching
Oomph’s taken flight
Too tired to read
Skim over the words
Jump to the pictures
Now much preferred
Sorry no comments
Not much to say
The block's settled in
Seems willing to stay
Rhyme is my solace
Almost like play
I relinquish electronics
for a more alert day
Basic functions
A meal or two
Paint a picture
That’s all I do
Nap time again
To stave off the rash
Chronic fatigue raid
Source of my crash

Oh no! Well, sending a wee little hug through the lines anyway.
Snap out of it....pull that playful soul and heart up from your heels to your head like a scuba suit and perk up that spirit.. Hope you feel better soon. It's that damn winter blues. yuk
girl... that is so me lately... not really tired tho,, just burnt.. unable to process thought let alone be creative!!!!!

awww Poor giggles! This is SO not who you enjoy being and i know that soon just like it appeared it will disappear and You will feel your old perky self again! I am so sorry that you are in this funk. sleep deprivation can totally wipe out a persons spirit. (but even in your state of bleary eyed fog brain...You STILL can write a poem as expressive as this one!) Hang in there sista, I know that like me, all your other bloggers friends will be here when you are ready to communicate. Keep napping and take good care of yourself
