Sunday Scribblings "Fantasy Dinner Party"

Sunday Scribblings

The rules are:
- you can invite anyone, living or dead
- you have a table that seats eight, but as you are one, you can invite seven people
- you have to explain why you'd invite them

And for bonus points:
- what would you serve them for dinner?

Fantasy Dinner Party

Dinner would not

Be short

Or sweet

Laughter

Would ensue

If Margaret, Jann,

And Billy

Appeared

With a pint or two

Russell, Craig and Adam

Would be sure

To amuse

Melded with

The others

Shrimp Curry

Chased with Booze

Complex questions

From my favorite dude

George would dodge

eff bombs ignited

from queries

they elude

After all the laughing

My mud pie

With toast pecan

The guests would

Beg out quietly

Except

Game lover Jann

She’d lag behind

for scrabble

We’d play

The whole night through

Oh damn

I just woke up

With so much

Housework

I must do!

Okay first, I can't believe how awesome you are at Scrabble. I'm using my brain so much Dave swears he sees smoke. He likes your moves too. ;)

It would be a blast to be there but mostly just to see you. Get ready cuz I'm baaack! HUGS

Scrabble, I'm always ready for a game of scrabble. They allow two letter words and I'm good at those. I (et) my biscuit hehehe

In my younger life I would have loved a few games of scrabble with you. Maybe in the next life,
